Before FlashPoint: Julie joined FlashPoint with over twenty-five years of Senior Level experience in corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. Today, as a strategic business partner to forward-thinking leaders and high-growth organizations, Julie's passion is shaping talent development, culture, and people operations to inspire higher levels of engagement and performance.

Education and Expertise: Julie holds a B.A. in Art History. She is a Five Behaviors® Accredited Facilitator, an Everything DiSC® Certified Facilitator, a Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI®) Trained Coach, and The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ Certified Facilitator and Coach. Julie is a Certified Coach from the UC Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and holds the International Coach Federation (ICF) credential of Professional Certified Coach, (PCC). Her additional accreditations include Conscious Business Coaching Certification, People Analytics, and User Experience & Design Certification. She is also a qualified research moderator from the RIVA Institute and brings with her a background in mindfulness and wellness through her training in Transcendental Meditation and as a health-supported chef.

After Work Hours: Julie enjoys exploring near and far including taking in the food, wine, music, and outdoorscape of Brooklyn and upstate New York. Julie shares her passion for exercise, couch lounging, and reading with her family including her rescue dog, Capone, and cat, Milk.
