You’ll find her at her best when she is helping individuals and teams discover new ways of working and increasing effectiveness. She embraces creativity in her work, and you will often find her experimenting with new ideas and ways of thinking. Chelsea always comes into a group with energy and the intention to connect—she has been known in the past as the “icebreaker queen” and strongly believes that a simple connection activity at the start of a meeting can change someone’s mindset for that day, week, or even month.

Before FlashPoint: Chelsea discovered her joy and passion for Learning and Development through her work at The Heritage Group. She has nearly a decade of experience with designing and facilitating employee training and leader development, ensuring leaders have the skills, knowledge and development opportunities required to succeed. 

Education and Expertise: Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese and International Affairs with a minor in East Asian Studies from Miami University. During her time at Miami, she studied at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China. Chelsea is a certified instructor in Myers Briggs Steps I & II and is also a certified Everything DiSC® Workplace Facilitator. 

After Work Hours: Chelsea finds joy in exploring new parks with her husband and their Yorkie, Turley. She also loves spending time with her family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, going to Country Music concerts and is an avid Johnny Cash fan. When she’s not out and about, she relishes cozy nights on the couch with some great takeout and a Lifetime movie. Chelsea is also a horse lover and an accomplished equestrian who has competed at the world and national levels at the American Royal and World Championship Horse Shows.
