You’ll find her working across the firm to provide vision and direction for our finance, operations, sales, marketing, client services, enterprise, and consulting functions. She’s passionate about listening and empowering clients as co-creators of solutions and spend a considerable amount of her time building and deepening relationships with clients and partners. With her ability to quickly conceptualize the right path forward, she matches client needs with FlashPoint team members who have the right mix of competence and style to make a positive impact.

Before FlashPoint: Early in her career Krista worked in human resources, talent acquisition and management, compensation, and training and development roles, so she’s had more than 25 years of experience with a front-row seat to the powerful ways leadership can transform organizations. Krista is a frequent researcher and speaker in our space and is known for her passion and pragmatism–she always keeps it real and works to inspire others with practical insights they can immediately apply. 

Education and Expertise: Krista earned a juris doctorate degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and her bachelor's degree as a double major in human resource management and psychology from Anderson University. She is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She’s also a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge^® Workshop, a Certified Everything DiSC^® Facilitator, a Five Behaviors^® Accredited Facilitator, The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ and PSIndex^TM Certified Facilitator, and an EQIndex^® Accredited Facilitator.

After Work Hours: Krista is deeply engaged in her community. She serves as the chair of the board of directors of Downtown Indy, Inc., past chair of the board of directors for the Arts Council of Indianapolis, executive committee member for the board of directors of Indiana Sports Corp. She has also individually coached and mentored more than 50 emerging and high-potential leaders in her hometown of Indianapolis. Her values of diversity and growth fuel her love of travel, where she seeks new experiences in places with diverse cultures, food, backgrounds, and traditions.
