About Me

Josh Dietrich works with C-suite, VP, and Director leaders across all organizational areas. Helping other leaders grow is his favorite part of his job. His core value is to live a fulfilled life and help everyone he works with do the same. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to coach leaders across the organization and empathize with every aspect of the business. He leverages his background in Ontological Coaching to help leaders identify their current way of viewing the world and identify new perspectives that unlock learning and create new possibilities for action.

Josh has over three decades of experience as a technology leader, delivering ERP solutions supporting higher education. His experience includes 20+ years in Engineering and five years in Product Management. As a Senior Vice President of Software Development, he led a 500+ global product development organization responsible for many applications, including student information, financial, human resources, and CRM solutions. As Vice President of Product Management, he led product management and strategic initiatives for a $500M+ product portfolio. Josh is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
