What gets Adam up in the morning is making a positive impact on people by helping individuals and teams push toward and realize their inner potential. Whether in a group or individual setting, you can count on him to bring his big smile and contagious energy into everything he does.
Before FlashPoint: As a former Division 1 college tennis player, captain, and coach, Adam has always been interested in bringing out the best in himself and others. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Adam spent four years working for Club Med resorts in the US, Turks & Caicos, Dominican Republic, and Morocco, where, as an Assistant Resort Manager, he managed teams with members from over 30 countries. More recently, he spent the last three years working in sales, selling a range of products to clients as small as new startups to Fortune 100 companies in the e-commerce, retail, and consumer packaged goods spaces.
Education and Expertise: Adam earned a bachelor’s in management and international business from the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis and is currently working towards a Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern. As a part of his program at Northwestern, he earned an Organizational Leadership Coaching Certificate, which focuses on individual and group coaching for leaders and managers. Adam is also a Five Behaviors® Accredited Facilitator, a certified Everything DiSC® Workplace Facilitator, The Leadership Challenge® Certified Facilitator, and The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ Certified Facilitator.
After Work Hours: You can find Adam either playing tennis or golf. Although his true love is still tennis, he can’t get enough of golf, even though he will never be as good as his little brother. Adam is also a social butterfly who never turns down the chance to spend the afternoon having a drink or a meal with friends. When he’s home, you can find him reading a science fiction or fantasy novel series or rolling around on the carpet with his new corgi, Penelope!
