Honoring 24 Years of Leadership Impact

FlashPoint Leadership was founded in 2002 on a belief that still guides everything we do: when leaders grow in competence and confidence, everything around them gets better. Teams work better together, organizations perform more effectively, and people are better equipped to thrive.

Over the past 24 years, that belief has been shaped and refined through ongoing partnerships with hundreds of organizations and work that has reached more than 100,000 leaders across numerous industries. This anniversary gives us an opportunity to reflect on that journey and the relationships that have shaped it.

What 24 Years of Client Partnerships Actually Looks Like

We don't measure our success by the number of workshops delivered or assessments administered. We measure it by what leaders do differently in the flow of their daily work.

Over 24 years, we've supported leaders in the moments that matter most. We’ve coached new managers taking on responsibility for their first team with intention instead of imposter syndrome. We've helped executive teams that were fractured find common ground and commit to a shared path forward. We've served leaders navigating workforce disruption, rapid growth, culture change, and the persistent pressure of doing more with less.

In every case, the engagements that made a lasting difference were built around each client's specific context, not pulled from a catalog. That's a distinction that matters more to us than almost anything else.

This year, FlashPoint marks its 24th anniversary with a recognition that means a great deal to our team. For the fifth consecutive year, we have been named to Training Industry’s Top Leadership Training Companies Watch List. Selection is based on program quality and scope, market innovation, client relationships, and sustained growth trajectory.

Being named to the list five years in a row represents something more than visibility. It reflects the ongoing trust of the clients who invite us into their most important leadership conversations and keep coming back.

We’re also proud of a metric that speaks directly to client experience: a 100% Net Promoter Score. Every client we’ve surveyed has said they would recommend FlashPoint to a colleague, and we work hard to keep it that way.

Most anniversary posts focus on the company. We'd rather focus on the people who gave these years their meaning.

First, we think about the leaders we serve. The emerging leader who found her voice in a cohort program and later became an internal champion for leadership development at their organization. The senior team that arrived with real friction between them and left with a shared language and a genuine commitment to working differently. The manager who reached out months after a program ended to say that the way he runs his one-on-ones has completely changed.

Those moments are what our facilitators and coaches are working toward in every engagement: work that actually shifts how leaders see themselves and show up for their teams.

Second, it’s our team. Every person who has been part of FlashPoint, whether for two years or twenty, has helped lay a brick in the foundation of this company. We’ve been fortunate to work alongside remarkable people who joined with a shared desire to make a meaningful difference, both for one another and for the leaders we serve.

What's Next

After 24 years, we are more convinced than ever that leadership development matters. Organizations are asking more of their leaders than ever, and the support structures often haven't kept pace. That's the gap FlashPoint Leadership exists to close.
