The standard Five Behaviors™ program is a facilitated one-day workshop, often included as part of an executive retreat or company offsite meeting. Participants take the pre-assessment to understand the team’s performance on each of the five behaviors, then the facilitator tailors workshop content to the group’s unique needs and areas of dysfunction. The retreat is followed by an optional re-assessment several months later to gauge the team’s progress in each area.
