Annette Fischer is an impactful facilitator and executive coach with experience using a variety of assessments and programs to enable global leaders to reach their next leadership level and improve the business results of their enterprises. Annette has more than 25 years of experience working with large international corporations and in entrepreneurial environments at all stages. She’s worked with Fortune 100 companies, through consulting engagements in supply chain management as well as high tech industries for thin film and semiconductor production.
Her expertise from the early stage of her career includes sales, marketing, communication, organizational reorganization, general management, business development, and change management in intercultural environments. Annette has provided over 1000 coaching hours for teams, managers, executives and board members in large organizations like BMW, Siemens, Eli Lilly and Company, Evonik, to name a few.
Annette moved to the US in 2000 from Europe after studying and working in Germany and France. She holds a master’s degree in communication, psychology, and philosophy from the University Duisburg Essen in Germany. Annette is a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, an LPI® Trained Coach, Five Behaviors® Accredited Facilitator, and a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator. She holds coaching certifications from the Neuro Leadership Group and the Center for Creative Leadership, holds a Team Coaching certification from Team Coaching International, is a Graduate of David Peterson and David Goldsmith’s ACE Journey to Mastery coaching certification course, and holds a Mindfulness and Meditation Teaching Certificate.
