You’ll find her applying her background in industrial/ organizational psychology to help leaders grow and learn how to make impactful and lasting behavior changes. Her ability to connect with others and her enthusiasm for developing leaders and teams helps her create a rewarding experience that best meets clients’ needs. Rachel enjoys new challenges and variety and wears many hats at FlashPoint, including facilitator, project manager, researcher, assessment administrator, and blogger.
Before FlashPoint: Rachel held positions in website marketing and the legal industry. She honed her research skills as an assistant in the Information Management and Institutional Research office at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis along with the psychology department at Taylor University.
Education and Expertise: Rachel holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She’s a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Rachel is a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.
After Work Hours: Rachel volunteers for a number of programs at her church, is an active member of Edge Mentoring, and has taken part in global service projects in Ireland, India, Ukraine, and Lebanon. She loves learning from others through exploring new places and trying new restaurants. Another passion is sports, including golf, which she’s played since age four. Rachel also serves as the Vice Chair on the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra FORTE Board.
