Why FlashPoint? "The work here is like nothing I have ever encountered before. Our team has the opportunity every day to develop and build stronger leaders across industries locally and abroad. What I find remarkable about FlashPoint is that we practice what we preach, including our commitment to our vision and values. I am excited to be a part of such a fantastic group of professionals. The work we do is valuable not only in the professional world but also in one’s personal life. We have the privilege of seeing firsthand what a great leader and management team can do for companies large and small. I am very fortunate to be a part of such incredible growth and development."

You’ll find him providing excellent customer service and guidance to company leaders and engaged participants while serving on the Client Services Team, a pillar to the success of FlashPoint’s mission. His role in projects includes offering unique perspectives, team support, and enthusiastic morale. He enjoys supporting the success of others from behind the scenes, engaging with a wide range of clients, and working to encourage developmental accomplishments.

Before FlashPoint: While in college, Jarrett began his professional career by joining the Marion County Coroner’s office. This unique role gave Jarrett a strong sense of community and service to others. His position led him to take over the organization’s grant management projects and develop strong relationships with nonprofit organizations such as the Indiana Donor Network. The skills he developed over a successful tenure showed him that leadership is not innate but learned and cultivated. He found passion in providing others with the tools and knowledge to be successful in business and life.

Education and Expertise: Jarrett holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science and a Master’s degree in public management. He is continuing to grow his knowledge base by becoming a project management professional certified through the Project Management Institute.

After Work Hours: He enjoys spending time with friends and family and finding new or underappreciated restaurants in his city—an enjoyable pastime for a self-described foodie. You’ll find him enjoying a slower pace and relaxed state of mind, visiting breweries, and going to movies in the park. He and his partner are avid travelers, kayakers, and home project doers, but nothing compares to quality time spent with their two dogs, Bella and Hank.

Style: Jarrett is a CD on the DiSC® Profile.
