What Makes The Leadership Challenge Implementation Lab Unique?

The Leadership Challenge Lab is a one-day, hands-on session designed to help you customize and implement The Leadership Challenge for your audience. With a focus on the LPI® 360 assessment and practical application, you’ll leave with a clear implementation plan ready to put into action. You’ll step into the planning and facilitation role, explore how to adapt content for your leaders, and get personalized guidance from a Certified Master Facilitator.

By the end of the day you will:

  • Learn strategies for adapting the content to your audience
  • Understand the LPI 360 Assessment more deeply, and how to effectively integrate the LPI behaviors into the workshop
  • Receive insights, resources, and tools from a Certified Master Facilitator
  • Create a personalized action plan for internal rollout
  • Share ideas and troubleshoot common challenges with peers

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the event and any previously received materials have been returned. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.
