About Management Vitals: Essentials Workshop
What’s Included in the One-Day Experience?
The one-day Workshop consists of 4 robust sections with numerous of interactive activities, breakout sessions, and self study, along with scheduled breaks.
Section 1: Excellence in Leadership: Know Yourself, Avoid the Pitfalls
Kick off the day with a dynamic session focused on the core of effective management: leadership. Through a self-assessment, participants identify their natural strengths—and where they’re most likely to stumble. We’ll explore the most common pitfalls new managers face and how to sidestep them with self-awareness and intention.
Section 2: Feedback That Drives Growth: Tools for Every Situation
Mastering feedback is critical to building trust and improving performance. In this interactive module, managers learn how to deliver clear, actionable feedback—even in challenging moments. We introduce Situational Leadership to tailor feedback based on employee readiness and provide a Team Assessment as a powerful takeaway tool for real-world application.
Section 3: Coaching for Success: From Conversation to Impact
Managers practice how to shift from problem-solving to coaching for development. Using realistic scenarios, live role plays, and guided practice, participants build the muscle to ask great questions, listen actively, and unlock performance through coaching.
Section 4: Team Dynamics: Building Trust and Collaboration—Anywhere
Great teams don’t just happen—they’re built through trust, communication, and clarity. In this high-energy segment, participants experience the classic "Lost in the Wilderness" activity to explore group decision-making and collaboration under pressure.
