You’ll find her working as part of the Client Services team taking care of each client’s individual needs. She pays attention to detail to ensure everyone receives the best possible service, whether she is administering assessments, updating the client on leaders’ progress to completion, or providing creative solutions for individuals’ needs. She uses her communication skills and deep passion for meaningful work to develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
Before FlashPoint: While in college, Shannon began working part-time as a file clerk for a law firm. She quickly began taking on further responsibility such as organizing office operations and working directly with partners. She was then offered a paralegal position with a partner in the firm. She worked at the firm for a total of 12 years. Shannon left this job to find more meaning in her professional career. She moved to Cincinnati and heard about Fine Points Leadership and the work they did with The Leadership Challenge®. She spent 7 years working with Fine Points Leadership clients and leaders until she joined the FlashPoint team to continue leadership work.
Education and Expertise: Shannon has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in marketing.
After (or Before) Work Hours: Shannon enjoys yoga and coffee to start her mornings, spending time with her fur baby Jax at the dog park, enjoying the outdoors, nurturing her indoor and outdoor plants, making healthy home-cooked meals, spending time with family, finding new restaurants to try, and exploring the city.
