Management Vitals™ is a fast-start, off the shelf program to get your managers up to speed and teach them how to excel.
Getting management training right is a critical need for any organization. No other role commands such a critical leverage point for why employees thrive, or leave, an organization.
Often, managers are promoted because of technical skills, but strong people skills—such as communication, self-awareness, coaching, goal setting, and feedback—are the day-to-day skills managers must master in order to be effective.
Management Vitals™ equips managers with the fundamentals of management so your employees are engaged and can perform to their fullest potential.
Management Vitals™, a FlashPoint original program, is a proven and practical program that equips leaders with the fundamentals of management.

This FlashPoint original program provides the essential management skills and tools that managers need to be effective and ensures employees have a more consistent experience in your organization thanks to a common approach to management.
Management Vitals™ equips leaders with the practical fundamentals of management, delivered virtually or in-person.
FlashPoint’s Management Vitals™ program uses a blend of activities and discussion to teach managers the skills they need to effectively manage direct reports and teams.
Management Vitals™ begins by establishing a foundation in self-leadership with a deep understanding of the role of manager and the essential skills needed for effective management.
The program then progresses to mastering the outward skills of goal setting and effective feedback, followed by ensuring managers are better equipped to meet organizational goals, improve team culture, and master coaching for results. Participants learn to:
MANAGE INWARD: To be a better manager, it all starts with an inward focus—understanding of the role of a manager in an organization and a team. Participants gain self-awareness, practice foundational skills, develop personal resilience, and learn how to communicate more assertively.
MANAGE OUTWARD: In order to achieve results, participants learn to balance self-management and managing individuals on the team as well as how to align employees around a common direction, set goals, give effective feedback, and keep employees on track.
MANAGE ONWARD: To lead teams toward organizational goals, participants learn strategies to create greater team cohesion and a positive team culture, manage through inevitable conflicts, navigate through change and uncertainty, and master the skill of coaching to tap into the potential within every team member.
Our facilitators are able to skillfully keep participants engaged and encourage focused application of learnings back on the job. They know from their own experience in the manager's chair how participants may need to improve and are able to unlock the ability to progress forward.Back to Top
