Before FlashPoint: Warrick worked in Customer Service with Verizon, where he discovered a passion for solving people’s issues while connecting with them on a personal level. He finds joy in making sure others are taken care of beyond their needs, which translates perfectly into leadership and development. As a subject matter expert at Verizon, Warrick was able to coach his team into improving their performance. More than anything, he loves the wonderful feeling of seeing others succeed.

After Work Hours: Warrick loves to spend time with his family, having family dinner and sharing tons of laughs. He attends church regularly and also serves as a mentor to many young teens/adults within the community.
