Before FlashPoint: Aaron brings more than 20 years of sales, sales management, and team leadership experience from the worlds of technology and media within public and private companies. He has a rich history in Fortune 500 and 1000 companies across a variety of business sectors and within sales, product development, engineering, and marketing teams. Aaron has maximized the ability to help businesses grow and serve clients to create long-term, impactful relationships.

Education and Expertise: Aaron has a bachelor of science degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University with a minor in psychology. He has developed and led sales teams in training, coaching, recruitment, structuring, contract management, and business analytics that have driven more than a quarter of a billion in sales to date.

After Work Hours: You will find Aaron playing competitive ice hockey 2-3 times per week. In between that, he is hiking, dining out, and devouring cooking and drama shows with his wife of almost 25 years. He also spends a lot of time watching his high school-aged son play water polo or soccer and attempting to get a text, every once in a while, from his freshman son in college. Aaron also believes in making the world a better place by volunteering for the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and for the American Humane Red Star® Disaster Response Program.
