Teo Brown is a learning and development leader and business coach with over 20 years of experience in training, motivating, and engaging adult learners to become high performers, making contributions that significantly impact individual personal career development and corporate business strategies.

Throughout his career working for large organizations such as AT&T, Whole Foods, and Floor & Decor, Teo has spearheaded organizational change, increased employee engagement and retention, and increased diversity awareness. Teo takes pride in his enthusiasm for leadership development and uses his continuous energy to move people—and teams—forward. 

Teo holds a degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University and has several certifications, including Train the Trainer from the American Management Association, Instructional Design and Management, Psychology, and Leadership from ELVTR. Teo is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
