Josh Dietrich works with C-suite, VP, and Director leaders across all organizational areas. Helping other leaders grow is his favorite part of his job. His core value is to live a fulfilled life and help everyone he works with do the same. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to coach leaders across the organization and empathize with every aspect of the business. He leverages his background in Ontological Coaching to help leaders identify their current way of viewing the world and identify new perspectives that unlock learning and create new possibilities for action. 

Josh Dietrich has over three decades of experience as a technology leader, delivering ERP solutions supporting higher education. His experience includes 20+ years in Engineering and five years in Product Management. As a Senior Vice President of Software Development, he led a 500+ global product development organization responsible for many applications, including student information, financial, human resources, and CRM solutions. As Vice President of Product Management, he led product management and strategic initiatives for a $500M+ product portfolio.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from the College of William and Mary, and a MS in Technology Management from George Mason University. He is a graduate of the Newfield Network with a certification in Ontological Coaching, holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) certification with BEabove Leadership. He is certified on the Leadership Circle Profile, Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behavior® assessments. He also holds certifications in Focus and Foundations from the Pragmatic Institute.
