John McGonigle is passionate about helping coaching clients achieve their goals. As an accomplished executive with 30 years of Fortune 500 experience, John is uniquely positioned to help others learn, grow, and leverage their strengths. During his career, he worked closely with the C-Suite at companies like AT&T, T-Mobile, Sony, Samsung and Microsoft. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated a unique ability to understand business challenges and craft creative business solutions, all with a track record of driving topline growth.

John received his executive coaching credential from Northwestern University, which when combined with his corporate experience, makes him a highly effective partner. In addition to being an executive coach, John is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Organization Change at Northwestern University, allowing him to merge executive coaching with leadership and organization design theory. He has a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University, and a Digital Marketing and e-Commerce professional certificate from Google.

A serial entrepreneur, John has launched two consultancies and two restaurants. He is married, the proud father of three wonderful children, and an avid musician. At his core, he likes helping others succeed personally and professionally. John is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
