The Five Behaviors™: Team Development Sample Report
The Five Behaviors™: Team Development is based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. It teaches participants about five behaviors that are essential to a healthy, well-functioning team:
- Building trust
- Mastering conflict
- Achieving communication
- Embracing accountability
- Focusing on results
Team members take an assessment that shows which of the five behaviors (trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results) the group needs to focus on improving. During the team sessions, each individual explores his or her own personality style, other team members’ styles, and how everyone’s style contributes to the team’s overall success. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.
