In this module, participants explore the critical role managers play in helping others navigate change with stability and support. They’ll learn the three stages of change, what employees need at each step, and how to guide their teams through uncertainty. With tools and real-world application, managers leave better prepared to lead others through change with empathy, communication, and direction
