This two-hour, virtual facilitator-led session prepares leaders and managers to develop employees by learning a practical framework for having strengths-based conversations.
Developing others is one of the most important responsibilities of a manager. Learn to distinguish between coaching for performance and coaching for development. With practical tools and a clear framework, managers will gain confidence in leading positive development conversations that empower employees to take ownership of their growth.

Registration is by individual leader and is non-transferable, and non-refundable. Registration cut-off is 48 hours prior to the workshop date to accommodate time for any pre-work. Participants will need computer and internet access, a webcam and microphone/speakers, and be able to join a web-based learning platform (Zoom), provided by FlashPoint.
