This two-hour, virtual facilitator-led session prepares leaders and managers to strengthen relationships and team performance through better listening and questioning.
Managers play a key role in developing their people—and it starts with how they listen and ask questions. This workshop will help participants identify communication barriers, and apply practical techniques for better coaching conversations.

Participants will need computer and internet access, a webcam and microphone/speakers, and be able to join a web-based learning platform (Zoom), provided by FlashPoint.
