This two-hour, virtual facilitator-led session prepares leaders and managers to strengthen relationships and team performance through better listening and questioning.

Managers play a key role in developing their people—and it starts with how they listen and ask questions. This workshop will help participants identify communication barriers, and apply practical techniques for better coaching conversations.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Learn how active listening helps build strong relationships

  • Identify communication roadblocks and how to over come them
  • Learn the powerful question framework and how to ask them in a real work scenario

Registration is by individual leader and is non-transferable, and non-refundable. Registration cut-off is 48 hours prior to the workshop date to accommodate time for any pre-work. Participants will need computer and internet access, a webcam and microphone/speakers, and be able to join a web-based learning platform (Zoom), provided by FlashPoint.
