Since 2000, L J has facilitated interactive workshops for thousands of employees across the finance, IT, sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, operations, manufacturing, HR, and customer support functions of businesses. These workshops have helped leaders develop skills, encourage ideas, and work toward results. She specializes in dialogue-driven experiences to help people discover how to be more effective leaders, improve team effectiveness, and learn about themselves as leaders.
