After a nearly 20-year career in corrections, Ken has spent the past 10 years in leadership development and coaching leaders for a highly diverse group of organizations, including medical professionals, governmental groups, and public agencies.
Ken enjoys working with leaders of all levels, from front-line supervisors and managers to directors and CEOs to develop personalized plans. His personal touch is the care he takes in getting to know others and identify their needs, goals, and dreams to help them get there. After working with Ken in one-on-one coaching, leaders feel focused, equipped, and supported to carry out actions to improve their effectiveness.
When he facilitates, Ken focuses on helping individuals improve leadership abilities based on time-tested principles and behaviors displayed by leaders. His goal is to be a servant leader, continuously working to help leaders better themselves, improve their work processes, and make a difference in the world. He also works with teams to increase effectiveness by building trust, communication, and accountability to lead to improved results.
Ken received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University-Sacramento and a juris doctor degree from Lincoln Law School. Ken is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
