Eugene Frazier has nearly 30 years of experience in leadership and human resources development across telecommunications, healthcare research, and higher education.
His coaching experience ranges from solo entrepreneurs to emerging leaders to top company executives, always using proven conceptual frameworks and methodologies to focus on increased efficiency and organizational outcomes. As a coach, Eugene is experienced in enhancing performance and leadership, with a special passion for the academic healthcare context.
As a facilitator, Eugene engages participants in deep thinking using his knowledge of organizational dynamics and the cultural implications of strategic objectives. He regularly works with junior and senior faculty members to develop leadership and establish team cohesion. Eugene has experience with many leadership assessments and programs including The Leadership Challenge® program, the Center for Creative Leadership Executive Leadership Innovations, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument.
As Senior Director of Human Resources for Motorola, Eugene served as the strategic leadership facilitator for over 28,000 telecommunication professionals that spanned across 34 international regions and countries. As the thought leader and innovator of leadership development and executive coaching programs for the University of Texas Medical Branch, Eugene created the first Team Science Assessment Center in the United States for scientific mindsets.
Eugene is co-founder and developer of Courageous Leadership Coaching, a Master Certified Executive Coach by RHR International, a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge®, and a Dr. Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach. He also holds certifications in Culture Works’ Motivators Assessment, EQ1 2.0, MBTI, and CCL Executive Leadership Innovations.
