Carrie Coltman has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of leadership and organizational development, specializing in executive coaching, leadership, and team and organization development.

Having worked both internally and externally in leadership development roles for world-class organizations, Carrie has a deep and broad background in organization development consulting and leadership development. Carrie has also held previous positions as a principal with the Tom Peters Group/Learning Systems, a senior associate with Interaction Associates, and a regional manager for BlessingWhite.

Carrie has developed a variety of leaders and teams at organizations such as Apple, Altify, Airbnb, Apttus, Atlassian, Aternity, BlackRock, Brocade Communications, The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, Cepheid, Chegg, Cirrus Logic, Cisco Systems, Conga, DataStax, eBay, Eventbrite, Fitbit, Gap Inc., Google, IGM Bio, Intel Corporation, LinkedIn, Lyft, Maxim Integrated Systems, Marvell, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, Pandora, PayPal, Pixar, Rubrik, Trello, Waymo, and Wisk.

She is certified in several leadership development instruments including The Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI®), the PDI Profilor, and the Lominger Voices 360 leadership assessment. She also co-authored a Coaching Behaviors assessment that was used in the Leader as Coach workshop. She is also certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Strengths Deployment Inventory, and Team Effectiveness Systems.

Carrie has her undergraduate degree from UCLA and a master's degree in organization development. She has served as a visiting lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and she has her Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West. She lives in Palo Alto with her husband and two teenage daughters. Carrie is an independent contractor with FlashPoint.
